Questions about an order
Include your order number and the brand name. If a parcel is late, tell us the date it was marked as dispatched; the payment stays in escrow while we chase the brand, and you can open a claim from your order page at any time before release. Payments and your Escrow Wallet
For a crypto payment that has not appeared, send the coin, the network and the transaction ID. Refunds from upheld claims go to your Escrow Wallet and can pay for a later order or be withdrawn. Read the escrow and refund policy.
Brands and listings
If you run a UK peptide brand and want to be listed, start with how listing works. If a listing looks wrong, such as a price, a strength or a stock status, tell us which product and we will check it against the brand’s own site.
